What are your hours?

How does a service call work, and how am I billed?
Service calls are troubleshooting. We diagnose the fault, do the work that is required, and bill you for the parts and the time it took to complete it. Free estimates are for upgrades and installations (panel work, lighting, EV charger circuits, generators), not for a service call.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We handle commercial service work across Polk County: repairs, panel upgrades, lighting, code corrections, generators, and preventative maintenance. We are not a new-construction or tenant build-out contractor.
Can you install an EV charger at my home?
Yes. We install the dedicated circuit for the charger you supply. We do not sell the charger. You pick the unit, we run the 240 volt circuit, and we wire it to the manufacturer instructions. We start with a load calculation to confirm your existing service can carry it, and we tell you upfront if a panel upgrade is needed first. That visit is a free estimate.
